  • Document all interactions across multiple systems while managing sensitive information
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • Strong computer application and technical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, detail-driven environment
