- Serve as the primary point of contact for 50-70 members daily, assisting with healthcare navigation
- Support members with primary care coordination, medications, appointments, and benefit-related inquiries
- Document all interactions across multiple systems while managing sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Strong computer application and technical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, detail-driven environment
