- Navigate multiple web-based platforms and document interactions in real-time
- Adhere to compliance standards and maintain accurate records across systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience with complex or sensitive matters
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills
