Job Summary

Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position, assists members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support members by answering healthcare-related questions and guiding them through processes
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with established procedures
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide timely assistance to members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience with complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
