Job Summary

Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position, assists members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with healthcare questions and navigate benefits
  • Handle 50-70 customer interactions daily with empathy and precision
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience with complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Availability for a structured schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
