Job Summary

Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position where the individual assists members with healthcare inquiries and manages 50-70 interactions daily, while enjoying the benefits of a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Handle 50-70 interactions per day, combining empathy with technical skills
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
