Job Summary

Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position, is responsible for managing member interactions related to healthcare coordination, medications, and benefits while navigating multiple web-based platforms and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 50-70 member interactions daily regarding healthcare inquiries
  • Navigate multiple web-based platforms and document interactions in real time
  • Adhere to compliance standards and processes consistently
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
  • Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive matters
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills
