Job Summary
Customer Advocate, who will manage member interactions in a full-time, remote position, providing support for healthcare coordination, medications, appointments, and benefit-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 50-70 member interactions daily regarding healthcare coordination and inquiries
- Document member interactions accurately across multiple systems in real time
- Utilize various web-based platforms and Microsoft applications efficiently while assisting members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience with complex or sensitive matters
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
