Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions per day in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide members through healthcare questions and processes with empathy and precision
- Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with established processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office and navigate multiple systems effectively during customer interactions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
