Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions per day in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide members through healthcare questions and processes with empathy and precision
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with established processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and navigate multiple systems effectively during customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
