Job Summary
Acting as a patient advocate, the full-time Customer Advocate will resolve patient issues related to claims and benefits while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve patient issues by acting as a liaison between patients and providers
- Manage 50-70 inbound calls per day, ensuring outstanding customer service
- Accurately document patient information in relevant systems
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
