Job Summary
Fostering positive customer interactions, the full-time Customer Advocate will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records while working remotely from various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with branch-based industrial distribution preferred; heavy-duty trucking industry a plus
