Key responsibilities
  • Assist members in navigating healthcare questions and benefits with empathy and precision
  • Handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
  • Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain effective communication and support
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
