Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Advocate will respond to inquiries from members, hospitals, and providers while interpreting contracts and resolving membership issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone calls, letters, and walk-in inquiries with a high degree of customer service
  • Research and resolve membership and claims issues using applicable policies and membership records
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and correspondence in a computerized tracking system
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience
  • Advanced keyboarding knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
