Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Advocate will respond to inquiries from members, hospitals, and providers while interpreting contracts and resolving membership issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to telephone calls, letters, and walk-in inquiries with a high degree of customer service
- Research and resolve membership and claims issues using applicable policies and membership records
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and correspondence in a computerized tracking system
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience
- Advanced keyboarding knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
