Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Principal Customer Advocate Manager will establish strong relationships with clients, develop customer advocacy strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful application adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and educating them on new features
- Develop and execute customer success strategies, track renewals, and utilize metrics to drive customer success
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, sharing feedback with teams to improve products and highlight customer success stories
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS, preferably in a growth-stage or startup environment
- Proven expertise in client relationship management and technical delivery
- Strong technical aptitude and desire to master the Unqork platform
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach in creating customer success plans
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes
