Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Customer AI Transformation Lead to join the Adoption Services Leadership team in a hybrid role from either the Dallas or Chicago office, responsible for designing AI solutions, tracking performance metrics, and enhancing customer experience through automation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and oversee the development of AI agents for data migration, project management, and implementation tasks
  • Define efficiency metrics and build ROI models for AI investments, presenting findings to leadership
  • Create an "AI Playbook" to ensure proficiency in AI tools among customer-facing teams
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer experience operational excellence with a strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as Prompt Engineering and Agentic Frameworks
  • Proven leadership in guiding teams through digital transformation
  • Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or specialized PS frameworks is a plus
  • Background in InsurTech or complex SaaS migrations is highly preferred
