Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager, Customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance
  • Analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights while monitoring key portfolio KPIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities across various business functions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor's degree or 4+ years with a master's degree in quantitative fields
  • 4+ years of proficiency in SQL and experience with major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience using Python or R for analytical problem-solving
  • Technically hands-on with a proactive approach to driving initiatives end-to-end
  • Experience in Credit Card, Loans, or other financial services is a plus
