Job Summary

To support the design and execution of Voice of the Customer programs, the full-time remote Customer Analytics Specialist will analyze customer feedback data, create actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative Voice of the Customer data
  • Create dashboards and reports that communicate customer insights to stakeholders
  • Assist in customer journey analysis and ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting outputs
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, Voice of the Customer, or customer insights
