Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Architect to serve as a technical expert and ensure customer satisfaction through effective onboarding and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert on platform capabilities, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
- Manage customer support escalations, coordinating resources for timely resolution of issues
- Deliver workshops and advisory services to enhance customer understanding and promote optimal product usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five years of progressively responsible work experience in a technical support capacity
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products in a customer-facing role for at least five years
- Three years of experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and REST APIs
- Experience with on-premise or cloud Master Data Management solutions and relevant monitoring tools
