Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Customer Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer) to join the Customer Success team in a full-time remote role, where the individual will embed with customers to solve complex technical challenges, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Embed with customer teams as a hands-on technical partner, ensuring technical success across multiple Harness modules
  • Provide guidance on integrating Harness into existing toolchains and lead onboarding and enablement programs
  • Drive adoption of the Harness platform by architecting solutions that span multiple modules and serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, DevOps, or technical consulting
  • Experience in deeply technical, customer-facing roles, ideally within a forward deployed or consulting capacity
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate across multiple technical domains
