Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Asset Management Specialist responsible for offsite location asset support and handling challenging customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review asset situations and recommend next steps, including relocation and abandonment
  • Inform and enforce Terms & Conditions to customers, serving as the escalation path for challenging interactions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and provide solution options to the Customer Care Manager


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service within a Sales Support or Logistics environment
  • No formal education required
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Experience in negotiating and reviewing storage charges
  • Familiarity with coordinating logistics issues
