Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Assurance Manager (East Coast Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a comprehensive customer assurance program
- Lead customer-facing discussions and translate technical security controls into business-relevant language
- Develop metrics to measure success and guide program improvements
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles
- Prior experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting
- In-depth knowledge of security and privacy frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Strong understanding of cloud security and modern SaaS infrastructure
- Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs
