Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Assurance Manager (East Coast Preferred).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a comprehensive customer assurance program
  • Lead customer-facing discussions and translate technical security controls into business-relevant language
  • Develop metrics to measure success and guide program improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Prior experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting
  • In-depth knowledge of security and privacy frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and modern SaaS infrastructure
  • Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs
