Job Summary
A company is looking for a GRC Customer Assurance Manager to lead its Internal Customer Assurance program for the Information Security Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, including security questionnaires and audits
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer assurance program using relevant tools and technologies
- Define and evolve the customer assurance strategy to align with customer expectations and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles
- Prior experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs in a SaaS or cybersecurity context
- In-depth knowledge of security and privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Strong understanding of cloud security and modern SaaS infrastructure
- Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs, including developing metrics for success
