Customer Authentication Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Authentication Engineer to support and enhance identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate customer authentication and security systems
• Design and support identity journeys including multi-factor authentication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain IAM solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or in a related security engineering role
• Experience with customer authentication systems and identity providers (Okta, Auth0 preferred)
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Transmit Security and Ping DaVinci
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• AWS cloud experience is beneficial
