Job Summary
A financial insititution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Customer Banking Success Strategic Initiatives Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the sales organization in selling our solutions to new customers
- Ensuring as many customers are onboarded on-time, on-budget, and on-quality
- Driving growth of the overall commercial engagement with us based on solution/product footprint
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- 10 or more years of operations-related experience
- 15+ years of experience in Customer Success and Operations preferred
- Proven expertise with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies is ideal
- A Player-Coach mentality with strong propensity for hands-on work is preferred
- Experience with POS solutions and/or work with SMBs in Retail, Restaurants and/or Services fields is a plus
