Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Billing Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails, documenting each interaction in the ticketing database
- Explain billing processes and procedures to customers
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Billing, or Call Center environment
- Billing support experience, including research, credit, refund, and payment-processing
- Telecom, VoIP, Networking, or Communications experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Internet, PC support, and MS Office
