Key Responsibilities

• Perform customer invoicing and communication using ERP (NetSuite)
• Identify and resolve errors in invoice documentation and streamline invoicing processes
• Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries regarding billing and account issues

• 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role
• Experience using ERP systems for invoicing and managing accounts receivable
• Must be based in the Eastern time zone
• Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset
