Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes for billing functions including invoicing, adjustments, and exception handling

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in utility billing operations or related fields
• Proven experience in delivering functional products in medium to large-scale CIS projects
• Strong knowledge of billing methodologies and exception handling
• Hands-on configuration experience in relevant CIS platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in utility billing processes
