Customer Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Business Development Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of customer-facing submissions and ensure documentation accuracy
• Co-manage the promotional calendar and lead promotional alignment meetings
• Prepare and manage planogram resets and coordinate in-store execution with merchandising teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in the CPG or beauty industry
• Experience with Quebec retailers, particularly Metro, Jean Coutu, and Brunet
• Strong understanding of retail execution and store operations
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
