Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Business Development Manager to develop the Beauty & Personal Care assortment on Amazon.com.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Amazon's retail team and cross-functional partners to deliver KPIs through assortment, mix management, and holistic support plan
  • Represent the company as a seasoned account manager, building partnerships with buyers to grow the business
  • Deliver feedback and insights to brand teams, training them to better understand and plan for future eCommerce
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer development or business/account management roles
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in owning/meeting commercial targets
  • Ability to forecast sales and manage trade investment and ROI
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce retail basics, traffic & conversion drivers, search, the consumer's path to purchase journey, and pure play customer models
  • Prior experience in eCommerce sales or buying; Amazon experience is a plus
