Job Summary

- Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure timely handling of patient requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role
- Experience handling multi-channel contact support (Email, Chat, Phone)
- Experience using cloud-based platforms, e.g., Zendesk
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Pharmacy experience (online or retail) is a plus
