Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating sales processes and managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
- Update systems to document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
- Offer additional products and complete tasks assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired
- Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
