Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating sales processes and managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
  • Update systems to document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Offer additional products and complete tasks assigned by management
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired
  • Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
