Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating the sales process and managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
  • Update systems to document customer interactions and handle issues diplomatically
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary and complete other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired
  • Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to business and team needs
