Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating the sales process and managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
- Update systems to document customer interactions and handle issues diplomatically
- Escalate issues to management when necessary and complete additional tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to business needs
- Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
