Job Summary

Delivering personalized support and building lasting owner relationships, the remote Customer Care Advisor will provide exceptional service through various communication channels while assisting owners with reservations, payments, and account inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Assist owners with reservations, ownership benefits, and account support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the owner experience
Required qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, or travel is a plus
