Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate to provide support in a high-volume, inbound Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients and providers, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Verify insurance, investigate benefits coverage, and troubleshoot product and service issues
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain updated patient and insurance records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and confident system navigation
- Ability to handle sensitive information and stressful situations professionally
