Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting issues related to products, services, and patient enrollment
  • Respond to inquiries and manage ticket/email communications in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with customers and internal associates
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in a patient or healthcare provider-focused environment preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
