Job Summary

Providing empathetic support in a high-volume environment, the full-time Customer Care Advocate will assist patients and providers with inquiries, insurance verification, and troubleshooting, while working remotely from Sunday to Thursday, 3pm to 11:30pm CST.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely support to patients and providers throughout the device wear process
  • Make outbound calls to explain coverage, responsibilities, or payment options
  • Document all interactions and coverage details in Salesforce with accuracy
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM and confident system navigation
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and stressful situations calmly and professionally
