Job Summary
Providing empathetic support in a high-volume environment, the full-time Customer Care Advocate will assist patients and providers remotely from Sunday to Thursday, ensuring compliance and addressing inquiries related to cardiac health solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely support to patients and providers throughout the device wear process
- Make outbound calls to explain coverage, responsibilities, and payment options to patients
- Document all interactions and coverage details in Salesforce while maintaining updated patient and insurance records
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and confident system navigation
- Ability to handle sensitive information and stressful situations calmly and professionally
