Job Summary

Supporting customers in a virtual environment, the full-time Customer Care Advocate will navigate and resolve complex insurance and benefits inquiries across phone and digital channels, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving complex policy, coverage, billing, and service inquiries end-to-end
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and follow clear guidelines to provide empathetic and effective support
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, or financial services
  • No prior insurance experience is required
  • Ability to navigate digital communication channels effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality and trust
  • Willingness to participate in paid training programs
