Job Summary
To support a growing remote startup, the full-time Junior/Mid-Level Customer Care Agent will provide professional support via email and chat, assisting customers with inquiries and guiding them through various processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and clear support to customers regarding products, claims, payments, and account management
- Guide customers through onboarding, data changes, and policy updates while escalating complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely responses, contributing to process improvements and knowledge base content
Required qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer care/support
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work remotely and adapt to the required support hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Berlin time)
- Strong communication skills with a helpful and empathetic personality
- Willingness to start no later than 1 September 2026
