Job Summary

Supporting customers with billing inquiries and service changes, the full-time Remote Customer Care and Sales Advisor will manage inbound inquiries, build trust through empathetic communication, and utilize sales skills to meet retention goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply Retention Sales and Customer Care concepts to assist customers effectively
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing personalized communication and resolving issues
  • Utilize telephone-based selling skills to build rapport, identify customer needs, and upsell services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of Cable One products and services
  • Ability to ask fact-finding questions to align solutions with customer needs
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in customer interactions
  • Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure situations
