Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Voice Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards while fielding 75 to 100 calls daily
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to resolve questions and issues while maintaining knowledge of insurance products and services
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment
  • At least 1 year of experience using Windows PC applications
  • 6+ months of experience requiring attention to detail and accountability
  • 6+ months of experience requiring effective oral and written communication in a professional setting
  • High school diploma or GED
