Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Voice Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards while fielding 75 to 100 calls daily
- Communicate effectively and professionally to resolve questions and issues while maintaining knowledge of insurance products and services
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment
- At least 1 year of experience using Windows PC applications
- 6+ months of experience requiring attention to detail and accountability
- 6+ months of experience requiring effective oral and written communication in a professional setting
- High school diploma or GED
