Job Summary

- Manage large volumes of incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow established communication procedures
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturday shifts
