Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturday shifts
