Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer/data entry skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
