Job Summary

  • Manage large volumes of incoming customer inquiries through various channels
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer/data entry skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
