Job Summary

Providing efficient support to members, the full-time Customer Care Associate will handle incoming calls, resolve healthcare-related inquiries, and coordinate follow-up communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, explaining healthcare benefits and services clearly to members
  • Identify member needs, research information, and determine appropriate next steps or referrals
  • Make outbound calls as needed to complete research or deliver updates while maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and call documentation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple member requests while maintaining attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to healthcare plans, systems, and regulations
