Job Summary
Providing efficient support to members, the full-time Customer Care Associate will handle incoming calls, resolve healthcare-related inquiries, and coordinate follow-up communications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, explaining healthcare benefits and services clearly to members
- Identify member needs, research information, and determine appropriate next steps or referrals
- Make outbound calls as needed to complete research or deliver updates while maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and call documentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple member requests while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to healthcare plans, systems, and regulations
