Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Customer Care Associate will provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about plans and processes
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns while documenting all interactions accurately
  • Conduct outbound calls to assist customers with complex issues related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection
  • Familiarity with call center technologies and computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
