Job Summary
Working remotely in a part-time capacity, the Customer Care Associate will provide exceptional support for Sharebite's Group Orders and Passport products, assisting clients, end users, and restaurant partners during evening hours from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM ET on weekdays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through email and phone, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time order issues, customer concerns, escalations, and complaints
- Identify customer trends, share feedback with cross-functional teams, and contribute ideas to improve products and processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, hospitality, fintech, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in navigating complex situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience in fintech and payments is preferred but not required
