Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Associate will serve as the primary contact for customers on the Medicaid team, managing inquiries and resolving concerns while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to health plans, products, and processes
- Document and code customer inquiries accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Communicate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection
- Familiarity with call center technologies and computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
