Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Associate will serve as the primary contact for customers on the Medicaid team, managing inquiries and resolving concerns while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to health plans, products, and processes
  • Document and code customer inquiries accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Communicate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection
  • Familiarity with call center technologies and computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
