Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle sensitive telephone communications with callers, managing member accounts and providing prompt and efficient responses to needs and requests
  • Open new accounts for new and existing members and proactively identify service and product needs to promote first call resolution
  • Educate callers on benefits, features, and applicable solutions, and process financial transactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years prior customer service or financial service industry experience
  • Sales experience preferred
