Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sensitive telephone communications with callers, managing member accounts and providing prompt and efficient responses to needs and requests
- Open new accounts for new and existing members and proactively identify service and product needs to promote first call resolution
- Educate callers on benefits, features, and applicable solutions, and process financial transactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- 1-3 years prior customer service or financial service industry experience
- Sales experience preferred
