Customer Care Associate Functional Nutritionist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate-Functional Nutritionist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls, managing direct consumer orders, and responding to customer emails
• Acting as a subject matter expert for the company's products and brand
• Managing email correspondence with health care professionals and professional trainers, and drafting approved statements for the Customer Care team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, science, health & wellness, or similar field
• Functional Nutritionist Certification or Registered Dietitian, highly preferred
• 2 years prior experience in the health & wellness industry highly preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role
