Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources
- Ensure consistent delivery of customer commitments while optimizing resource utilization
- Handle customer communications for all service events and navigate complex scheduling discussions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good PC skills, including MS Office software
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical device or healthcare environment
